are our policies. We strive to keep you informed and will update these policies

Shipping & Delivery
Your
shipping charge will be passed along to you at checkout. This is based on total
weight of your purchase and your UPS Shipping Zone. If you would like to read
more about your zone, you may check UPS.
California
Body and Skin Care delivers products via
3-Day Select, 2-Day, or Overnight shipping. Overnight shipping is at an
additional fee.
Once
your order has been shipped you will receive an email confirmation of your
purchase with a shipping tracking number.
White
Line Essentials does not ship to P.O. Boxes.
Returns & Replacements
We
want you to be happy with your order from California Body and Skin Care. If for any
reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will readily accept
returns. Please note the following conditions:

All products must be unused, unopened, and in
the original packaging. (Used products may only be returned if they are
defective.)

All returns must be received within 60 days of
the purchase date to receive a full refund. Refunds will be credited back to
the original form of payment. Product returns will not be accepted after
61 days.
·
All returns must be authorized and you must
contact silva@white-line-essentials.com to receive a credit memo.
Any returns without a credit memo will be refused.
·
We regret to inform you that White Line
Essentials will not refund original shipping charges unless the shipping was a
result of our error.
·
Please allow 10-14 days to process your
returns.
·
Returned products should include your original
packing slip.
Please
note that White Line Essentials products cannot be returned to retail shops.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
California
Body and Skin Care accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover for
payment of online orders.
Gift Cards
California
Body and Skin Care does not yet accept Gift Cards online.
